True to its name, “Aurum Arch” – meaning golden arch doorway – became a symbolic passage into a dream home where every corner tells a story. The project is a testament to Epitome Designs’ ethos of blending elegance with functionality while ensuring spaces remain deeply personal and soulful.
About the Founder: Vision Meets Craft
The creative force behind Epitome Designs, Neha Rathod Sanghavi, began her design journey after graduating with top honors from Rachana Sansad: School of Interior Design. She honed her skills with renowned architectural firms before realizing her vision to create spaces that balance individuality, aesthetics, and purpose.
In April 2019, Neha established Epitome Designs – Interior Designers | Interior Stylists, with a mission to craft homes that are not only visually stunning but emotionally resonant. Her first project, her father’s jewelry showroom, set the tone for her design philosophy: simple yet sophisticated, detailed yet functional. With every project since, she has consistently demonstrated a keen eye for detail, thoughtful space planning, and an ability to seamlessly integrate client aspirations into timeless interiors.
The Client Brief: Every Corner as an Experience
The brief for Aurum Arch was as aspirational as it was challenging: every corner of the home needed to evoke a sense of experience and belonging. The client envisioned a living space where functionality and beauty blended effortlessly, creating an environment that was both practical and poetic. Each design decision had to reflect not only lifestyle preferences but also the deeper emotional connection the family shared with their space.

One of the most striking elements of the home is the Mandir, positioned thoughtfully at the beginning of the grand foyer. This placement gives the space not just spiritual gravitas but also serves as a symbolic anchor that ties the home together. It sets the tone for serenity and sacredness as soon as one enters.

Every bedroom reflects individual personality yet stays aligned with the overall theme. The son’s room, designed for comfort and focus, contrasts beautifully with the vibrant yet harmonious twin daughters’ bedroom. An entertainment room ensures the family can celebrate together, while bespoke corners throughout the home allow for solitude and reflection.
A niche carved for the piano is perhaps the most personal touch – capturing the client’s love for music and ensuring that passion has a permanent place in the rhythm of daily life.
