Architecture and interior design are not only about creating visually appealing spaces. They are about understanding how people live and work, what a space needs to achieve, and how design can bring functionality and character together. This approach defines the work of Reena Sehua and Som Sehua, founders of BlueSea Architecture, an Ahmedabad-based architecture and interior design practice built around quality, innovation, functionality, and thoughtful design.
With 15 years of professional experience, the founders have developed a design philosophy that combines creative thinking with precision and practical understanding. Their work focuses on creating spaces that are distinctive, purposeful, comfortable, and responsive to the people and context behind each project.

BlueSea Architecture: Architecture and Interior Design From Ahmedabad
BlueSea Architecture is an Ahmedabad-based contemporary design practice founded by Reena Sehua and Som Sehua. The studio brings together architecture and interior design with an emphasis on creativity, precision, functionality, and innovation.
The founders believe that every project should respond to its people, purpose, and context. Their approach considers the relationship between visual character, comfort, functionality, and the way a space is experienced in everyday life.
Rather than following a fixed design formula, Reena and Som focus on developing personalised architectural and interior solutions that reflect the specific requirements of each project.
A Design Approach Built Around People and Purpose
Every project begins with understanding its context. Reena and Som believe that a successful space should respond to the people who use it rather than simply follow a particular trend.

- Interior detailing and material coordination
- Architectural character
- Contemporary design ideas
- Comfort and usability
- Quality-focused execution
- Context-sensitive solutions
- Long-term visual relevance
This combination allows their projects to maintain a distinctive appearance without compromising everyday functionality.
